Welcome to my blog! I’m Lesley. I work in the fitness industry and love to cook, bake and develop real food recipes.
I am proud to call Newfoundland, Canada my home. I love the outdoors and spend most of my time hiking, camping and outdoor sports. I’m involved in the ultimate frisbee community and travel with our women’s competitive team. My husband and I are both fitness enthusiasts and we are, more often than not, at the gym together. We love to travel the world and explore and experience new places and cultures.
On this blog, I hope to inspire others to get active and to nourish their bodies and minds. Being healthy isn’t just about getting to the gym. Nourishing your body with healthy, vitamin rich foods, being active in your community, daily physical activity, self-care, and living sustainably are all important in keeping our bodies and minds in tip top shape!
