Welcome to my little corner of the internet! I’m Lesley. I work in the fitness industry and love to cook, bake and develop real food recipes.

I’m proud to call Newfoundland, Canada my home. I love the outdoors and spend most of my time hiking, camping and playing sports. I’m involved in the ultimate frisbee community and travel with our women’s competitive team. My husband and I are both fitness enthusiasts and we are, more often than not, at the gym together. We love to travel the world and explore and experience new places and cultures as often as our schedule allows!

My ‘why’ for this blog is to inspire others to get active and to nourish their bodies and minds. Being healthy isn’t just about getting to the gym. Being healthy is about nourishing your body with whole, vitamin rich foods, being active in your community, daily physical activity, self-care, and living sustainably. These are all important aspects of life that help keep our bodies and minds in tip top shape!
